Though
I usually focus on nature photography, I am ocassionally asked to photograph some type of event with people. For example,
I photographed some folks at a local karate school so that the photos could be used on brochures and their website. Here is
a sample of some of my favorite karate shots.
The photos on this page are presented in no particular order. Most
shots are NOT posed, but rather represent actual "action." It helped to know the forms and the practice routines
so that I could predict when and where to snap the shutter. Most shots also involve hand holding the camera and flash.
